01 AMS Soluções Tecnológicas

Eva - AI remote operations platform

Internal AI platform built for real technical support operations across more than 300 client companies and 1,500 customer machines. Eva connects a desktop console, backend relay, lightweight Windows workers and computer-use automation so an AI agent can investigate, operate and help resolve issues inside customer environments.

  • Routes work to customer servers, POS machines, invoice terminals and back-office computers through controlled remote workers.
  • Combines screenshots, UI automation, file/process inspection, scripts, PowerShell/CMD/Python execution and DB2/ODBC access.
  • Handles practical ERP support scenarios: fiscal issues, database diagnostics, system configuration and repeated ticket patterns.
  • Designed so a small support team can brief the agent once, then let it investigate across machines, tools and databases with human oversight.

02 Production SaaS

Lana AI

Multi-tenant SaaS for AI-assisted appointment scheduling over WhatsApp. I built and operate the product end to end, including backend, web dashboard, mobile app, queues, billing, observability and AI orchestration.

  • Supports conversations, contacts, services, professionals, appointments, confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Includes AI tool calling, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows and WhatsApp integrations.

03 Support operations

Omnichannel support and knowledge workflows

Support infrastructure around Chatwoot, WhatsApp, website chat, email and Instagram, connected to AI workflows and a daily knowledge-base ingestion pipeline.

  • Ingests support articles and related media into searchable AI-ready knowledge.
  • Uses vector search/RAG to support contextual answers and handoff decisions.
  • Includes internal dashboards and CRM-style views for support and management teams.

04 Ana Health

Growth systems and operational data tools

Contractor work with Ana Health's growth team, building landing pages, acquisition flows, commercial pipeline support and internal tools that made operational data easier to use.

  • Built landing pages, forms and funnel components for growth and customer acquisition work.
  • Created integrations and BI-style views to improve visibility across commercial and operational workflows.
  • Delivered an internal risk-mapping form and scoring system for a Unimed-related project, used by more than 1,400 people.

What I do well

I work best on practical automation and operations problems: understanding the workflow, building a first useful version quickly, testing it with real users and improving it until it fits daily work.

How I build

I use AI-assisted engineering tools heavily, but stay responsible for the product decisions, architecture, integrations, testing, deployment and operational follow-through.
